I. Production Process

2. ​Uncoiling and Leveling: Unroll the stainless steel coil and use a leveling machine to level it to ensure a flat and defect-free surface.
3. ​Cutting and Edge Treatment: Customize the length and diameter according to actual needs, perform cutting, and grind and treat the edges to ensure the sealing and appearance of the pipe.
4. ​Forming and Bending: Process the stainless steel plate into a tubular shape by cold bending or hot bending. Cold bending is suitable for pipes with smaller bending radii and thin walls, while hot bending is suitable for pipes with larger bending radii and thick walls.
5. ​Welding: Use advanced welding techniques (such as TIG, MIG, etc.) to weld the stainless steel plate into a tubular shape. During the welding process, control the welding parameters to ensure the quality and strength of the weld, and use protective gas to prevent the weld from being oxidized.
6. ​Heat Treatment: Perform heat treatment to improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the stainless steel pipe. Parameters such as heating temperature, heating rate, and holding time need to be controlled.
7. ​Pickling and Polishing: Remove the oxide film and impurities on the surface of the pipe and perform polishing treatment to improve surface smoothness.
8. ​Quality Inspection and Packaging: Conduct strict quality inspections, such as appearance inspection, dimension inspection, pressure inspection, etc. After passing the inspection, clean the pipe and package it to ensure the safety and stability of the pipe during transportation and storage.

1. ​Welding Process: Select appropriate welding methods and parameters, use welding materials that match the base metal, and ensure the toughness and corrosion resistance of the weld.

3. ​Pickling and Polishing Process: Use appropriate pickling agents and polishing methods to remove the oxide film and impurities on the surface of the pipe while protecting the surface from damage.

III. Quality Control

To ensure the production quality of stainless steel pipes, it is necessary to establish a complete quality control system. Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment to ensure its normal operation and effectiveness. Substandard products need to be reworked or scrapped to prevent them from entering the market.
