On September 14, according to China Zijin Mining, on September 12, local time in Argentina, the commissioning ceremony of the lithium Cos 3Q lithium salt lake of Zijin Mining was held in Fianbala City, Catamarca Province, Argentina. It is understood that at present, the preliminary work such as the approval of the second phase project is being carried out in an orderly manner, with a planned lithium carbonate production capacity of 40,000 tons/year. After all the two phases of the project reaching full production, the annual production capacity is expected to reach 60,000 to 80,000 tons.
