The top 10 global car sales in 2025 are released!
With the release of Stellantis Group's financial report on February 26, the sales ranking of global auto companies in 2025 has finally been settled.
Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai Motor, and General Motors still occupy the top four; with an 11% year-on-year increase in the second half of last year, Stellantis Group continues to rank fifth in the world with sales of more than 5.4 million vehicles; BYD, SAIC Motor, and Geely Holding are three Chinese car companies on the list, and their rankings have improved; Nissan, which entered the list last year, fell out of the top ten.

According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China's automobile production and sales in 2025 will be 34.531 million and 34.4 million vehicles respectively, a year-on-year increase of 10.4% and 9.4% respectively. Production and sales have reached a record high, ranking first in the world for 17 consecutive years. The production and sales of new energy vehicles exceeded 16 million units, of which domestic new car sales accounted for over 50%. Car exports exceeded 7 million units, ranking first in the world.
