On September 29, China's cold rolling equipment manufacturing field ushered in a new breakthrough in speed. Shandong Huichuang 1450mm six-frame six-roller acid rolling combined unit supplied by MCC Jingcheng was successfully tested on one-time, successfully producing the first coil of steel coils. The core technical indicators such as surface quality, thickness, and plate shape of the steel coil were accurately met, marking that the acid rolling unit independently developed by my country officially entered the "1800m/min high-speed era". This unit is the first domestically produced 1800m/min high-speed acid rolling combined unit independently developed by MCC Jingcheng. Its test run success not only set a new record of domestic acid rolling equipment speed, but also demonstrates MCC Jingcheng's top strength and leading position in the field of cold rolling technology.

Break through the speed limit and set a new domestic benchmark

For a long time, the speed records of acid rolling mills have been mostly maintained by foreign equipment, and there is a gap between domestic units and foreign equipment in extremely thin specifications, high-speed and stable rolling.
